Researchers of the Poll-Ole-GI SUDOE Project are studying wild bee species by installing nest boxes.
The installation of nest boxes will be used to study the variety of wild bee species inhabiting the study areas. To conduct this hands on research, the members of the Poll-Ole-GI project have created what is known as green infrastructure, i.e. in addition to installing nest boxes, ten native plant species have been planted. This infrastructure will provide the bees with an area to feed and live.
